Did you know that Highland cows are one of the oldest registered cattle breeds in the world, with origins in the Scottish Highlands dating back to the 6th century? Their thick coats and horns (which they use as a snow plough), enable them to survive in harsh environments, and with lashes that lushious they are the undisputed supermodels of the bovine world!
