Milk Chocolate contains minimum 35.1% cocoa solids, 21.8% milk solids. White Chocolate contains minimum 29.5% cocoa solids, 23% milk solids. Ruby Chocolate contains minimum 48.8% cocoa solids minimum, 27.8% milk solids. Dark chocolate contains cocoa solids 56.0% minimum.
